The Opportunity

Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join the team based in Cardiff, NSW. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.

Being in a customer-facing role with us, you’ll be managing the day-to-day operations while supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. You’ll ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.

What Will You Do?

Working with a friendly and inclusive team you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries, you will:

  • provide personalised assistance to customers, handle inquiries and quotes via phone and email
  • maintain accurate records for, and update job processes while managing RCTI invoicing within the social housing job management system
  • schedule and coordinate reactive works and projects within agreed timeframes
  • partner closely with internal stakeholders including trades, commercial, and technical teams to exceed customer expectations
  • raise Work Orders for production, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing
  • implement process improvements to provide exceptional support to internal team members

You are a dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself, you will also have:

  • exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • the ability to influence and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • problem-solving skills and ability to liaise with management and relevant teams on a range of matters
  • demonstrated computer literacy, with experience in data entry and MS Office
