You will partner closely with internal stakeholders, trainers, and program managers to gather requirements, manage content development, and ensure the right audiences are selected for each training. You will also track outcomes, analyze feedback, and clearly communicate impact through metrics and leadership updates. This role blends program management, instructional design coordination, and data-driven reporting in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive end-to-end delivery of advanced technical training programs and technical call initiatives.</li> <li>Collect and refine requirements from internal partners to define training objectives, scope, and success criteria.</li> <li>Partner with trainers, SMEs, and managers to manage development of training materials and ensure readiness for delivery.</li> <li>Coordinate attendee selection from defined technical communities based on eligibility, prerequisites, and program goals.</li> <li>Manage program schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting to ensure on-time delivery.</li> <li>Publish, maintain, and update training content in the Learning Management System (LMS).</li> <li>Interface with stakeholders on both technical and business topics from project initiation through delivery.</li> <li>Collect, analyze, and report metrics and feedback to measure training effectiveness and business impact.</li> <li>Create and deliver regular leadership-facing updates, including monthly summary slides.</li> <li>Organize and drive cross-functional activities to ensure programs are completed within scope and constraints.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience as a Project or Program Manager driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.</li> <li>Experience managing training programs, enablement initiatives, or learning content delivery.</li> <li>Hands-on experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline for training content publishing and maintenance.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, including experience analyzing metrics and translating insights into leadership-ready reporting.</li> <li>Technical exposure to data analysis, SQL querying, and reporting or visualization tools.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.</li> <li>Experience working in a fully remote environment with fixed working hours.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background or exposure to instructional design principles or structured learning frameworks.</li> <li>Experience managing content within an LMS and maintaining versioned learning assets.</li> <li>Experience building dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI or Excel.</li> <li>Familiarity working with technical audiences or support/engineering communities.</li> <li>Experience collecting learner feedback and continuously improving training programs based on data.</li> <li>Certification or formal training in project management, change management, or process improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is&nbsp;<strong>$130,000 to $140,000 annually</strong>. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
