BluePearl Pet Hospital in Glendale, WI is looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.  

Compensation: $27.00 - $43.00 /hr

Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

Schedule: Full-time opportunity with rotating weekends. This is an on the floor position.

Qualifications: Must be a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will… 

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.  

• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.  

• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.  

• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.  

• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution. 

• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.  

• Other related duties as assigned.
