As a Founding Fullstack Software Engineer at BlueAlpha, you will be one of the core five team members shaping our vision, strategy, and growth. You will architect and develop the entire customer-facing experience of our multi-agent marketing operating system, transforming complex data and AI-driven insights into intuitive, high-performance applications. Your work will directly empower marketing teams to take control of their measurement, media buying, and insights, delivering immediate ROI and long-term transformation.
What you'll do
- Own the development of our platform, designing and building customer-facing features and product experiences end-to-end
- Talk to users to understand their problems and design solutions to address them
- Build identity management, SSO integrations, and role-based access control systems
- Collaborate with experienced ML Engineers and Data Scientists to design user experiences that deliver insights from our models.
