McWilliams Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Richmond, TX. If you’re a motivated, customer-focused plumber who knows how to diagnose, repair, and sell the right solutions, this is a great opportunity to join a company with strong values, steady work, and a supportive team culture.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and replacements
- Present and explain options to customers (we love techs who can educate and sell with integrity)
- Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, water filtration, and other residential fixtures
- Accurately complete paperwork, records, and ServiceTitan entries
- Maintain a clean truck, professional appearance, and great customer service
- Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements
Qualifications for our next Service Plumber:
- Valid plumbing license preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
