<p><sup>The Partner Account Manager (PAM) will be responsible you will be responsible for sales through various channels, maximising business opportunities through effective collaboration with key partners.The main goal of this role is to ensure that the relationship with partners is mutually beneficial, contributing to the growth of channel sales in the MX & Latam region and the expansion of the brand in the market.</sup><br><br></p>
<h3><sup>The main responsibilities you</sup><sup> will </sup><sup>have are:</sup></h3>

<p><sup>Identify new business opportunities, working closely with partners to develop joint sales strategies.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Develop and execute action plans to increase sales opportunities and market reach through partners.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Quickly resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise, ensuring the satisfaction of both partners and end customers.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Facilitate the pre-onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they fully understand the company’s products, services, and processes.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and sales talks alongside partners to promote the company’s products and services.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Be the main point of contact for planning, executing, and following up on co-marketing events and activities with partners.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Identify collaboration opportunities with VARs to generate new revenue streams and strengthen market presence.</sup></p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><sup>What are the requirements?</sup></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p><sup>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong><sup>Minimum of 3 years of experience with channels in SaaS solutions, preferably in Channel</sup></strong></p>
</li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;">
<p><sup><strong>Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales</strong>.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Experience managing CRM and/or ERP systems. Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Availability to travel.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Over 2 years of professional experience helping clients achieve their full commercial potential through technology.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Knowledge of the Partner Ecosystem</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Knowledge of the EMEA market.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Ability to work independently, show initiative, manage time, and prioritize activities, effectively working under pressure.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Languages: Proficiency in English is essential</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Ability to identify business opportunities and generate value propositions.</sup></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><sup>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</sup></p>

</ul>
