<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2>
<p>We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Team Lead to own the execution of <strong>Pricing, Packaging, and Market Intelligence</strong>, working side-by-side with <strong>PMMs</strong> to connect insights and offers to <strong>GTM motions</strong>. This role leads a lean and efficient team and translates market and ICP signals, benchmarks, and competitor/default-alternative context into clear monetization strategies and GTM actionables.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end <strong>pricing strategy framework</strong>: manage SKU catalog and offer architecture (tiers, bundles, add-ons), define business models and value metrics, and set pricing guardrails (discount/exception rules, approval flows, escalation paths) to ensure consistency, competitiveness, and profitability.</li>
<li>Partner with <strong>PMMs</strong> to translate market and ICP insights into prioritized GTM opportunities, launch inputs, and actionable next steps.</li>
<li>Drive <strong>monetization experiments</strong> end-to-end (hypothesis, test design, measurement plan, feedback loop, recommendation, rollout support).</li>
<li>Own the <strong>Market + Competitive Intelligence engine</strong>, including market sizing, segmentation, target industries insights, benchmarks, competitor and default-alternative tracking, and emerging trends.</li>
<li>Produce <strong>GTM-ready competitive enablement</strong> (briefs, battlecards, positioning inputs) and guide PMMs and Product toward new opportunities based on market signals.</li>
<li>Run <strong>ICP and segment insight loops</strong> (value drivers, willingness-to-pay signals, win/loss signals, JTBD/use cases) and translate insights into opportunity sizing, offer recommendations, and clear GTM guidance.</li>
<li>Lead the team’s execution by setting priorities, coaching, and ensuring quality across deliverables.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience across at least two of the following: Pricing/Packaging, Monetization, Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Business Strategy, Product Marketing, RevOps/Commercial Strategy.</li>
<li>Strong ability to analyze data and research to generate insights and recommendations; capable of guiding modeling direction and interpreting outputs.</li>
<li>Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., PMM, Product, Sales, Finance/RevOps).</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills: prioritization, coaching, execution discipline, and ability to raise quality across deliverables.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and storytelling; able to produce decision-ready briefs and lead alignment discussions.</li>
<li>Advanced English (C1) is required. Advanced Spanish is a Plus.</li>
