Join us!</p></div><h3>What You’ll Do:</h3> <p>The Warehouse Lead / Back-up Designated Representative (DR<strong data-stringify-type="bold">)</strong>&nbsp;will support daily operations in the wholesale distribution facility and serve as the backup Designated Representative (DR) when the DR is out of office.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Support daily operations with the receiving, pick, pack and shipping processes; ensure compliance with applicable regulations throughout operations.</li> <li>Support maintenance of facility SOPs as needed for update and review.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records for receipt, storage, handling, distribution, including lot numbers, expiration dates, and documentation of traceability (TI/TH/TS) as required under federal and state law.</li> <li>Ensure DSCSA compliance for incoming/outgoing product and verification of trading partners.</li> <li>Participate in audit readiness and inspection preparation for regulatory agencies (State Department of Health,FDA).</li> <li>Support onboarding new products and customers; build operational compliant processes and SOPs if needed to support.</li> <li>Complete and maintain state-specific qualifications to act as a back-up Designated Representative.</li> <li>Provide Basic Job Duties (in the absence of the Designated Representative)</li> <li>Supervises Warehouse Manager and all other employees in the facility</li> <li>Manages and is responsible for inventory control and security, including loss investigations</li> <li>Responsible for the overall security of the facility</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring that all written policies and procedures are followed</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring all employees and operations are functioning in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations</li> <li>Responsible for overseeing and supervising all suspect/illegitimate product investigations and recalls</li> <li>Reporting losses/suspect product to the appropriate regulatory bodies&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>A minimum of&nbsp;3 years of full-time experience working directly for a pharmaceutical distributor (wholesale distributor/manufacturer/repackager) in a role with direct responsibility for drug receipt, storage, shipment, record-keeping, and compliance.</li> <li>Background in pharmacy, or active Pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania is preferred</li> <li>Experience with state board of pharmacy regulatory inspections, DEA audits, or FDA inspections.</li> <li>Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and environmental monitoring tools.</li> <li>Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a life sciences/engineering field preferred.</li> <li>Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing/repackaging/relabeling operations, packaging/labeling controls, DSCSA (serialization/traceability), state licensing for wholesale/manufacturing/distribution, and cGMP fundamentals.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with SOP development, regulatory audits/inspections, documentation systems, distribution records.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare regulatory documentation and reports.</li> <li>Proven ability to work in a regulated environment, enforce procedures, manage cross-functional teams, and respond to critical compliance events.</li> <li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug test</li> </ul> <h3>Location:</h3> <ul> <li>On-site (Cranberry Township / Erie) warehousing environment periodic participation in audits, inspections, and after-hours compliance activities.</li> </ul> <p>#blinkindeed</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p> <p>It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.&nbsp; At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances.
