Homewood Suites by Hilton in Poughkeepsie is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. Position Overview
As Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining brand standards, motivating a high-performing team, and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and teammates. You will lead by example, foster open communication, and contribute to a culture built on respect, accountability, and pride.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team through strong communication, integrity, and hands-on leadership
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and brand compliance
- Set a positive example for guest service and empower team members to exceed guest expectations
- Recognize and celebrate team achievements and individual contributions
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support performance and career growth
- Maintain an open-door policy, solicit feedback, and proactively address concerns
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping supervisor or manager experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Hilton or Marriott brand experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
