Benefits/The Good Stuff
- Wage: $21-$22 per hour DOE; Eligible for bonuses
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm for training then will move to Tuesday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm (must be available for afterhours calls)

A Day in the Life
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of building, including but not limited to minor plumbing repair, general carpentry, painting, drywall, minor appliance repair and cleaning.
- Scheduling with vendors
- Owning preventive maintenance – inspections and capex improvements.
- Ensuring the building is in compliance with all physical asset requirements.
- Perform unit turns including but not limited to servicing appliances, plumbing and electrical, replace old or faulty parts, re-key locks, replace burnt out light bulbs and interior painting
- Address and follow up as necessary on all residents’ work order requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors and suppliers and work with them to produce the best product and pricing for the properties.
- Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including, but not limited to, residents, tenants, the Property manager, Portfolio manager, office staff, and vendors.
- Owning preventive maintenance- inspections and capex improvements
- Ensuring building is in compliance with all physical asset requirements
- Complete all work in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- 1+ years general maintenance experience or equivalent training is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Oregon State Landlord-Tenant Laws helpful

What you'll do
- The technician will perform general maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers across three residential properties, including tasks like plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance servicing. Key duties also involve owning preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring physical asset compliance, and professionally addressing all resident work order requests.
