Compensation

  • Competitive base pay starting at $20.00/hr

Job Duties

Learn functionalities of Demand Planning including inventory availability, allocation & replenishment theory & inventory flow.

  • Contribute to key projects: Work on real-world projects, making impactful contributions to the business
  • Assist in Strategic Initiatives: Learn, develop, and implement ideas based off Blain's Pillars
  • Engage in cross-functional teams: Collaborate with different functions to understand how cross functional support contributes to the overall success of the business
  • Support Daily Operations: Assist the team with day-to-day task to gain insight on the departments process
  • Present Your Findings: Deliver a presentation of your project and research to key stakeholders
  • Receive mentor and coaching: Work closely with your mentor receiving feedback and guidance to help you navigate your career path
  • Participate in hands-on workshops: Led by industry experts, gain valuable insights and skills to equip you for success in the professional world

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as an incoming Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong communication, writing & time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
