Purpose of the role:
As the Profit Center Owner for the channel business, you will establish and lead a high-performing Trade Marketing function. You will hold full accountability for Net Sales, channel profitability, and the success of core products. Your role will be pivotal in driving sustainable business growth and ensuring operational excellence across all channel activities
Senior Trade Marketing Manager is responsible to architect and execute data-driven marketing programs with our key online channels
Responsibilities include:
Strategy & P&L Ownership: Develop annual/quarterly channel marketing strategies and hold ultimate accountability for achieving Net Sales (NS) and CM targets for responsible channels.
Team Leadership & Management: Fully lead the TMKT team, including budget & investment, pricing strategy, NPD operation, and sales support functions. Responsible for goal setting, performance management, and talent development.
System & Process Building: Establish and optimize core company-wide processes including Channel Pricing Architecture, Trade Marketing Budget Management, and NPD Launch Tracking.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key representative of the Sales department, collaborating with heads of Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration of trade marketing activities with corporate strategies
Who are you?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of trade marketing or channel marketing experience in an E-commerce environment. Experience in VDS, FMCG, or health & wellness is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in using data analytics tools to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
Deep understanding of and established relationships with major E-commerce platforms
Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into action
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management
Effective project manager with attention to detail and budget discipline
Positive, proactive growth mindset, confident with articulate communications skills
