Purpose of role:
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable growth and profitability through the development of strategic plans, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
This role manages the strategic account in Thailand, with potential changes based on overall channel strategy alignment
Responsibilities include:
Develop account and channel strategies to drive growth. Translating channel strategy into account execution
Align account goals with broader business objectives.
Conduct regular business reviews with the key clients
Deliver Profitable value sales growth and optimise customer margin, through improved return on trade investment and active mix management
Strategic Customer Relations
Engages with senior customers & build long-term partnership. Focus on customers / Blackmores Centric Solutions & Create win-win strategies.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
In overall to strengthen business relationship with assigned key customers through contact strategy
Promotion & Activation Planning
Ensuring fine-tuning execution based on customer's business model. Ensure KAM deliver on-the ground execution
Ensure accuracy of demand forecast, service level, Blackmores inventory level and manage returned products at optimum level.
Coordinate with distributor and manage to improve service level and reduce return
Providing support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell the company’s products
Cross Functional Leadership
Bridges company goals with customer objectives. Ensure cross functional teams work toward account objectives
Leads the integration of account plan into company operations.
Excellent team leader to maintain effective collaboration with various stakeholders across various functions
