At Blackmores, we’re in the midst of an exciting, multi-year transformation that’s reshaping the way we work. A key part of this journey is the rollout of a brand-new Salesforce CRM across ANZ — and we’re looking for a Senior CRM Change Manager to lead the change and help bring it to life.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind change management, ensuring the transition is smooth, well-adopted, and genuinely supported across the business. Day to day, you’ll plan and deliver change activities, coach stakeholders, build strong change networks, and create the conditions for people to confidently embrace the new CRM. You’ll also partner closely with our system implementation specialists to keep the focus on people while maintaining strong momentum.
You’ll work in close collaboration with the Transformation Office, ANZ Sales teams, and a highly engaged, cross-functional project team who are all committed to making this a success.
This position is offered as an initial 12-month fixed-term contract and can be based at either our Surry Hills or Warriewood office.
Who are you?
A seasoned Change expert who’s rolled out technology or CRM implementations (Salesforce is a big plus)
You know your way around Prosci change methodology and can flex it to fit real-world challenges
Comfortable partnering with external vendors and System Implementation partners
A natural communicator who can influence, coach, and rally diverse teams
Resilient, approachable, and not afraid to stand up in front of a room
Tech-savvy enough to understand how systems hang together, but focused on the people side of change
What we offer?
Hybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 days in our Surry Hills or Warriewood offices
A project that matters: helping unify our CRM systems and set the stage for global expansion
A supportive manager with deep CRM experience and a team that’s collaborative, fun, and genuinely invested
Great brand reputation, wellbeing perks, and the chance to be part of a major transformation
A company committed to doing good—on track to be carbon neutral by 2030
If you’re someone who thrives on making change stick, loves a challenge, and wants to leave a real mark, we’d love to meet you. This is your chance to help shape the future of Blackmores and make a real impact.
