As part of our multi-year SAP implementation, we’re looking for a forward-thinking SAP Data & Analytics Steam Lead to join us on a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract to champion a data-first future.
This is more than a technical leadership role—it’s a strategic opportunity to shape enterprise-wide data governance, architecture, reporting and AI strategy at the heart of one of Australia’s most trusted natural health brands.
Based at our Surry Hills tech hub, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our new SAP platform is powered by trusted data, real-time insights, and AI-enabled decision-making. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with delivery partners, and influence business and IT leaders to embed data excellence into every phase of our transformation.
What you’ll lead:
- Data Governance: Develop and embed frameworks, policies and ownership models to ensure clean, consistent, trusted data across all SAP domains
- Architecture & Tools: Design the future-state data landscape and guide MDG tool selection and implementation
- Reporting & Analytics: Define and deliver a modern enterprise-wide reporting strategy aligned with operational, strategic and AI needs
- Data Migration: Lead planning, execution and quality assurance of data migration for phased SAP rollouts
- AI & GenAI Enablement: Shape our approach to AI within the SAP ecosystem—identifying practical use cases and ensuring responsible, ethical adoption
- Project Leadership: Drive delivery of all data and analytics streams within the SAP program, including vendor performance and cross-functional alignment
What you’ll bring:
- 15+ years in data strategy, SAP programs or enterprise analytics
- Deep experience in SAP environments, data migration, MDG, reporting tools and enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI applications in business
- Outstanding stakeholder and vendor management and project governance capabilities
- A strategic mindset with hands-on execution excellence
- A passion for innovation, transformation and purpose-led leadership
