Purpose of role:

Responsible for partnering with the Regional Head of Ecommerce to design and implement the SEAK region’s ecommerce strategy, driving growth across marketplaces, social platforms, omni-channel initiatives, and official websites. 

Champion digital transformation and innovation and enable upskilling across the organisation. 

Responsibilities include:

 

Lead and Champion:

  • Partner with regional head to drive alignment of best practice Ecommerce across markets

  • Champion digital transformation agendas internally and externally

  • Partner with the regional head of Ecommerce to deliver strategic Ecommerce partnerships and new channels and projects in markets (e.g CBEC, Enablers, new markets and others as needed)

  • Work to optimise a best-in-class Ecommerce community across SEAK

  • Drive and deliver growth across all online channels

Sales and Market Intelligence

  • Instrumental in building and leveraging regional business relationships with Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, and any other related key E-retailers

  • Leverage analytics and insights to identify new growth levers, accelerate brand visibility, and maximize ROI

  • Digital shelf lead across SEAK, working with partners (both current and new) and Blackmores Ecommerce market leads to track and optimise our online presence across markets

Social Commerce 

  • Work with markets to develop and drive playbook on execution social commerce strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement and conversion.

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and platform features (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram Checkout) to maximize opportunities.

  • Shape and drive optimal ecosystem and ways of working across supporting functions (i.e Commerce, Digital marketing and regs) 

  • Analyze performance data and provide insights for campaign improvement and ROI growth. 

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines for all social commerce activities

Iherb

  • Global account management to deliver our business objectives. 

  • Responsible for comprehensive account management across internal Blackmores teams and external retailer and distributor partners

  • Optimisation of on and off-site marketing plans, portfolio reviews and NPD, demand forecasting and P&L management.   

Digital Transformation

  • Champion adoption of AI-driven personalisation, tools, and automation. Foster a test-and-learn culture for continuous improvement.

Who are you?

  • Recognised degree in Business Marketing or in other related discipline

  • 8+ years successful track records of Account Management or Program Management or Category Management experience in e-commerce industry (Lazada / Shopee).

  • Blended background spanning brand-driven eCommerce strategy and platform-side execution to maximize digital channel performance

  • Deep understanding of social commerce and strategies needed to be best in class

  • Working experience in FMCG and VDS with proven track record will be added advantage

  • Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations using data analysis tools.

  • Able to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi-task.

  • Team player with experience of working across Asian markets and strong persuasion skills able to drive consensus across different sales regions.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven and must have an aptitude for solving unstructured problems
