We are hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our ANZ Marketing team.
This role will be supporting the Marketing & Events team to manage events across consumer, trade and healthcare professionals focused (both Blackmores and BioCeuticals brands related). This broad role includes event management, marketing materials development, enhance educational activity within our traditional pharmacy channels and support other marketing tasks and operational projects.
This role reports to an Events Manager and will be expected to work at our Warriewood, NSW worksite.
Responsibilities include:
Support the organisation and execution of events across various industry and consumer events. This role will also assist in the post event evaluation (including data entry, analysis and producing report for stakeholders) to provide recommendations for subsequent events.
Delivery of a consistent brand image for Blackmores and BioCeuticals that adheres to brand guidelines.
Where required brief agencies for specific event requirements as well as merchanising materials.
Support the Marketing team to develop marketing materials and enhance educational activity within our traditional pharmacy channels.
Assist in the label change process in co-ordination with internal regulations and creative department.
Management of competitor updates and support marketing team on big marketing/advertising launches as required.
Administrative duties for Events and Marketing team.

Who are you?
Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related courses.
While a degree is preferred, we are also open to someone who is able to show high learning agility, strong interest and passion in natural health, a proactive individual and able to work at a fast pace and fluid work environment.
Good to have: At least 1 year of related work experience in marketing, events or administration support, especially in pharmacy-based trade shows or something of similar equivalent. Able to display detailed orientation and project management experience is highly desirable.
This role can be a good starting point for someone who is keen to delve in a role that is pharmacy events and education related or someone who aspires to build foundational skills in brand marketing.
Working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
