Purpose of role:

Key Account Executive (KAE) responsible to manage and grow key accounts by driving strategic sales, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring profitable value delivery through collaboration and customer-focused execution.

Responsibilities include:

Sales & Account Management

  • Execute strategic activities with key accounts to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.

  • Handle assigned key account customers and strengthened relationships through a structured contact strategy.

  • Deliver profitable value sales growth and optimize customer margins through trade investment and mix management.

  • Drive success across key financial metrics including margins, discount levels, and basic P&L.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Engage and influence key stakeholders through mutually acceptable agreements before, during, and after the sale.

  • Build customer satisfaction and trust through agreed business plans and tailored solutions.

  • Regularly visit and follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and identify new opportunities.

  • Deal effectively with customer complaints and ensure resolution.

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Ensure execution of promotional and sales activities in stores.

  • Monitor stock rotation to maintain product quality and freshness.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and reporting.

  • Meet internal reporting timelines and requirements.

  • Market & Consumer Insight

  • Use shopper and consumer insights in customer dialogues to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in sales approach based on buyer preferences.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Identify and present ideas for process and system improvements.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, FMCG or consumer healthcare experience is a plus.

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven.

  • Time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office365.
