Blackmores has embarked on strategic business transformation as we introduce new ways working across our ERP and tech. landscape. This transformation period will enable efficiencies and a reimagined employee experience as we deliver a new, enterprise-wide ERP (SAP) and optimise our Supply Chain.
Reporting into the Data & Analytics Workstream Lead, this role is responsible to guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide reporting and data analytics capabilities on our SAP transformation. The ideal candidate will have a credible background in enterprise reporting, data modelling, and analytics strategy. You will also demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP data structures and BI tools.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our greenfield SAP implementation on a multi-year secondment.

Responsibilities include:
Who are you?
10+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, with a strong focus on ERP environments, including SAP S/4HANA
Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboard development, predictive analytics, and planning scenarios, including integration with S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems.
Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI – data modeling, DAX, custom visuals, and enterprise report development – with seamless integration into SAP and other enterprise data sources.
Demonstrated history of working on end-to-end SAP implementations
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including cross-functional collaboration with business users, IT, and third-party vendors.
Excellent communication skills with experience in executive reporting, storytelling with data, and driving adoption of self-service analytics.
