Purpose of role:
The eCommerce Traffic & Performance Manager plays a key role in accelerating Blackmores’ digital growth by driving qualified traffic, maximizing conversion opportunities, and improving return on digital media investments. This role ensures that acquisition, remarketing, and performance marketing strategies effectively support overall eCommerce sales objectives while enhancing customer engagement across digital touchpoints.
This role is on 12 months contract.
Responsibilities include:
Traffic & Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement a digital acquisition plan to increase traffic and audience engagement across all Blackmores digital platforms.
Leverage paid, owned, and earned channels (Search, Display, Social, Affiliates, Emailing) to drive quality traffic and support eCommerce sales growth.
Remarketing & Conversion Optimization
Define and execute remarketing strategies (internal/external) to maximize digital media investment.
Implement retargeting campaigns for cart abandoners, video viewers, and other high-intent segments.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Manage influencer and affiliate collaborations to amplify reach and drive cost-efficient sales.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships to enhance performance-driven campaigns
Performance Monitoring & Insights
Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation
Define and implement audience segmentation strategies by interests, behaviors, and lookalike audiences.
Develop and optimize hashtag and content strategies to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences.
Agency & Enabler Management
Understand the digital landscape and manage enablers/agency KPIs to ensure delivery against performance targets.
Collaborate with external partners to drive innovation and best practices in performance marketing.
Who are you?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, traffic acquisition, or eCommerce performance roles.
