Purpose of role:
Responsible for achieving sales target and customer relationship management to create maximum satisfaction to the customers.
Responsibilities include:
Sales Objectives
Establish good relationship with customer, stock checks, promotion and introduce Blackmores to achieve sales target
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Gather Market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends/
Searching new potential customers for propose product in order to increase new customer
Coordinate with customer payment
Manage product shelf line and exchange product which nearly expire
Arrange appointment with customer and manager training admin for customer training
Customer relationships
Deal with complaints, feedback and enquiries
Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well
Promotions Strategy and Tactics
Support the Sales and Marketing in identifying channel issues and opportunities and assist in the development of strategies and tactics to resolve these.
Design and execute innovative sales, theme and promotional initiatives
Participate in channel planning and help develop appropriate strategies aimed at delivering sustainable and profitable growth for the future
Who are you?
Degree in business administration, sales or any discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role, preferably from the FMCG industry
Strategic Selling and negotiation skills
Understanding of promotion effectiveness
Have good network and relationship with channel retailers
Able to work independently, energetic and highly passionate about work in driving sales growth
Experience in health supplements, nutrition or skincare categories are strongly preferred.
