This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Overview

Build and lead the centralized analytics capability that provides the analytics & insights to facilitate data-driven decision making across the BHN organization, with strong emphasis on revenue growth & acceleration. This role owns the analytical infrastructure, insights, and intelligence that leadership needs to answer strategic questions, identify growth opportunities, and drive business performance. Use data to grow the funnel and win rate.

 

Partner with executives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, and analytical findings into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

Analytics Capability & Infrastructure Development

  • Build and scale end-to-end analytics function including strategic analysis, operational reporting, and insights delivery
  • Establish analytical standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization
  • Determine appropriate balance of deep-dive analysis, automated reporting, and self-service capabilities
  • Create scalable systems and processes for insight generation and distribution
  • Establish data quality standards and governance for customer, revenue, and operational data
  • Partner with Data Engineering on architecture, integration, and platform strategy
  • Embrace a culture of curiosity, rigor, and business impact

Strategic Analytics & Revenue Intelligence

  • Build frameworks that answer executive-level business questions
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle
  • Identify growth opportunities, expansion patterns, and risk factors across customer base
  • Build predictive capabilities for customer outcomes (expansion, churn, lifetime value)
  • Translate complex data into insights that drive strategic decisions

Cross-Functional Partnership & Enablement

  • Establish collaborative model: Analytics provides insights → Business units determine execution
  • Partner with functional leaders to inform strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions
  • Create shared definitions, metrics, and frameworks that align cross-functional teams
  • Enable teams with self-service tools, training, and analytical support
  • Drive analytical literacy and data-driven culture across the organization

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 4 Year Degree; MBA a plus
  • Minimum +8 years of experience in modeling and analytics
  • Superior analytics skills, with a proven ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful insights
  • Strong written and verbal communicatil skills with ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with various levels of management

Benefits

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $99,130.00 to $133,840.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $124,070.00 to $167,500.00

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year 2025, sick pay accrual according to state law, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
