We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team and act as the primary point person for all marketing and communications for supporting internal service line and hospital business partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop impactful marketing strategies and execute communication needs to drive the achievement of business goals. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop and execute the marketing and communications strategies.
The ideal candidate would have solid communication, project management, strategic thinking and relationship building skills.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require working onsite at least 2 days per week and as needed for events.

Role Purpose
Meets volume and market share targets in support of the HSO's strategic plan by developing and implementing marketing initiatives and content, as assigned, in support of clinical service line campaigns, projects and events, and HSO branding.
