Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Provides management for the daily operations of the Medical Staff Office, Graduate Medical Education (GME) office and other medical staff-related activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manages operations of medical staff and graduate medical education functions and integrates services within other departments.
  • Manages the medical staff and allied health credentialing program.
  • Manages and facilitates medical staff's strategic planning and quality improvement processes.
  • Provides education regarding the medical staff and graduate medical education functions.
  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
