Role Purpose
Provides direct patient care to support the licensed professional nurses responsible for a team of patients to ensure a safe environment for patients by reducing risk of harm. Collects vital information on the patient and reports such to the nursing team which contributes to the overall assessment of each patient and any changes to a patient's condition.

What you'll do
- The role involves providing direct patient care under nurse supervision to ensure a safe environment by reducing harm risks, which includes collecting vital information and reporting changes in patient status to the nursing team. Responsibilities also cover assisting with ADLs, performing vital signs, managing specific care tasks like phlebotomy, and documenting all care provided using correct medical terminology.
