Type: Full-Time
Range: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000

🎬 What You’ll Do:
Create UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
Be the face and voice in videos — natural, expressive, and relatable
Pitch fun ideas and bring them to life using your phone
Jump on viral trends and give them a BJAK twist
Collaborate with our Marketing team to grow our social presence

You love social media and know how to ride a trend
You’re fun, creative, and not camera-shy
You know how to shoot and edit content quickly (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
You’re a self-starter — someone who takes initiative and enjoys experimenting
You thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

You’ve grown your own TikTok or IG following
You’re great at storytelling and getting people hooked in the first 3 seconds
You’re always thinking: “How can I make this fun or shareable?”

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in social media content creation or a similar creative role
Proven track record of high-performing short-form content (TikTok, IG, YouTube)
Hands-on experience in short-form video production, from concept to editing
Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visuals and tone consistency
