For more information, visit&nbsp;<a class="c-link" href="http://www.bitgo.com/" target="_blank" data-stringify-link="http://www.bitgo.com" data-sk="tooltip_parent">www.bitgo.com</a>.</p></div><h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives in building Ecosystem.</li> <li>Identify significant opportunities in an ambiguous area, build consensus around the roadmap, and work with your team to execute.</li> <li>Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for your area of ownership.</li> <li>Work closely with engineering, compliance, and GTM teams to ensure all new asset integrations meet security, regulatory, and user experience standards.</li> <li>Define and execute the product roadmap for asset onboarding and staking, tracking key success metrics and continuously iterating based on feedback.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who Would Be a Great Fit</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience in product management with hands-on involvement in product lifecycle management and process improvement.</li> <li>Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to coordinate between engineering, business, and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple projects with varying priorities.</li> <li>Working knowledge of crypto and blockchain, including token mechanics, staking models, and asset custody.</li> <li>Prior experience at a startup, demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and problem-solving in a dynamic setting.</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Join BitGo?</strong></h3> <p>Disrupting an industry takes vision, innovation, passion, technical chops, drive to deliver, collaboration, and execution.
