About the Role:
As part of the B2B2C division, we are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team working on rebranded consumer products. In this role, you will be responsible for validating the desktop and web product suites that we deliver to our partners, ensuring high quality across functionality, end-to-end flows and rebranding efforts, within time, scope, and quality constraints.
We are looking for an inquisitive person who is passionate about technology, who is familiar with different operating systems and who shares our view about the value of delivering quality products.
We are looking for a person who is methodical and pays very close attention to details, but who also has the initiative to challenge and improve existing routines and processes.
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test suites for desktop (Windows & MacOS) and web applications.
- Perform functional, end-to-end, and rebranding testing to ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences.
- Submit, regress, and verify defects, conducting root-cause analysis and tracking defect resolution to completion.
- Review and provide feedback on product specifications, design documents, and test cases.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Explore and leverage AI-assisted testing tools or frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
You should ideally have:
- Strong QA skills – troubleshooting, bug isolation and reporting, and a solid understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
- Experience testing across different operating systems: Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS.
- Familiarity with desktop and web testing frameworks (manual and automated).
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Scripting or automation experience, preferably with Python.
- Experience with Agile workflows and issue tracking systems such as Jira.
- Ability to create, review, and follow detailed test plans and test cases.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Interest or hands-on experience with AI-based testing or automation tools.
