About the Role:
The Channel Account Manager will be based on the East Coast
and work on‑site at CDW’s Bell Works,
Cherry Hill, Shelton, and Tampa offices to drive net‑new revenue
for Bitdefender. This is a highly sales‑focused role centered on pipeline
generation, deal‑registration follow‑up, and accelerating opportunities
through every stage of the funnel.
You will build strong, influential relationships with CDW
sellers and leaders, lead in‑office trainings and sales
activities, and collaborate closely with Bitdefender’s
internal teams to ensure consistent execution on all opportunities. Partnering
with our NAM, you will support strategic GTM initiatives and position
Bitdefender as a top security partner within CDW.
Success in this role requires deep familiarity with the CDW
ecosystem, proactive seller engagement, and a relentless focus on measurable
sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Understand
how to communicate Bitdefender value proposition to CDW Account Managers
*Facilitate
enablement programs and trainings tailored to CDW
*Communicate
and update sales team members with strategic company information and
initiatives as required.
*Develop
and manage sales pipeline for CDW East/Southeast
*Generating
revenue and working closely with CDW sales team to create pipeline
*Define
and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed
quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales
opportunities
*Drive
account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with CDW to close
business on a quarterly and annual basis.
*Account Mapping: proven track record of facilitating account mapping sessions with
CDW sellers and follow through of aligned accounts
*Comfortable
and confident in visiting and engaging CDW East Coast and CDW Tampa offices
Required Qualifications:
*Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel sales or account management
*CDW experience required, East/Southeast preferred
*Possesses a strong ability to build relationships, collaborate and partner with CDW and to obtain confidence and trust
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally follow up, move forward/advance, and help foster opportunities through sales cycle.
* 50% travel as you are expected in a CDW office 2-3 days a week
