What You’ll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Head of School Improvement, you’ll bring your expertise in primary to:

  • Support and challenge schools, Trusts, and partners to raise standards
  • Lead on school leadership development and self-evaluation
  • Drive effective support and intervention strategies, including school-to-school collaboration
  • Work closely with OFSTED, the DfE, and other key stakeholders

This is a fast-paced, evolving role that requires energy, resilience, and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
