Deine Rolle:
Als Director Public Affairs übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der BioNTech Europe GmbH. Du leitest das deutsche Public Affairs Team und agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen BioNTech und externen politischen Stakeholdern. Dein Ziel ist es, unser lokales Netzwerk zu erweitern und zu pflegen, sicherzustellen, dass der Wert und die Notwendigkeit von Impfungen verstanden werden, sowie ein ideales Umfeld für unsere hochinnovativen onkologischen Produkte zu schaffen und den Weg für unser onkologisches Portfolio zu ebnen.
Dein Beitrag:
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Public Affairs Strategie als Leiter des lokalen Teams
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du die lokale Public Affairs Strategie und führst alle Aktivitäten des daraus resultierenden Plans durch, um BioNTech optimal zu positionieren
- Du baust strategische Allianzen mit Akteuren im Gesundheitswesen auf und pflegst diese, darunter Politiker, Think Tanks und Wirtschaftsförderer
- Du stärkst politische Netzwerke auf nationaler und Landesebene und entwickelst einen Stakeholder Engagement Plan für die Zukunft von BioNTech
- Du gestaltest und implementierst Kommunikationsplattformen sowie Dialogevents und Veranstaltungen, um eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden sicherzustellen
- Du verantwortest den Ausbau bestehender sowie den Aufbau neuer Beziehungen zu relevanten politischen Akteuren, identifizierst potenzielle Risiken und Chancen und trägst zur Etablierung von BioNTech als führendem Biotech-Unternehmen bei
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Leitungsteam sowie dem Brand Team für Comirnaty trägst du dazu bei, gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
Ein perfekter Match:
- M.Sc. (bevorzugt) in Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitspolitik, Public Health Administration oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Regierungs-/Öffentlichkeits- oder Politikbereich (z. B. in Unternehmen, Wirtschaftsverbänden, Beratungsfirmen, Behörden oder im politischen Sektor)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld und im Umgang mit globalen Akteuren
- Solide Kenntnisse der gesundheitspolitischen und gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach und kundenorientiert zu erläutern
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit hochrangigen Regierungsvertretern sowie Führungsstärke, Eigenständigkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
