About this role

About This Role:
In the vital position of Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role within our Patient Services team, ensuring the efficient operation of our call center and patient strategic initiative programs. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing new reports and metrics, as well as evaluating and validating existing measures. You will manage business analysis at both national and divisional levels, providing strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and performance across the full Patient Services team, including internal and external partners. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute significantly to our business's success and patient-centric mission.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gather, develop, and design reports in collaboration with internal teams and partners using Power BI and other tools.
  • Manage and deliver on ad hoc requests submitted by operational and business partners.
  • Design and develop reporting tools that are deployed across the organization.
  • Update existing reports with new business rules or based on operational requests.
  • Communicate and present findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years’ experience with data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Technical proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and all MS Office products, with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate level of SQL – ability to read and adjust queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and present to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented and adaptable to change.
  • Pharmaceutical background is an asset.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working experience in a shared service environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
