Sobre o cargo:
O(a) estagiário(a) de CE&Ops (Commercial Excellence & Operations) será responsável por apoiar iniciativas e rotinas de Inteligência de Mercado e Efetividade da Força de Vendas, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com as equipes de Marketing, Comercial e Médica.
Este profissional atuará como ponto focal para as atividades de performance de mercado (nas diferentes áreas terapêuticas Biogen), controles da área (fornecedores, contratos e pagamentos) e suporte as equipes de campo.
O objetivo geral dessa função é apoiar nossa jornada para melhorarmos continuamente nossa excelência de execução, buscando entregas relevantes e alinhadas à estratégia de negócios.
O que você vai fazer:
Nosso(a) Estagiário(a) de CE&Ops atuará diretamente no suporte de diversas atividades, tais como, mas não apenas:
Compilar e atualizar dashboards e relatórios com resultados de mercado, com foco em automação e assertividade;
Conduzir e suportar análises para usuários finais com base em dados primários e secundários (Veeva CRM, DataSUS, Close-Up / IQVIA);
Participar do desenvolvimento e implantação de projetos relacionados a Inteligência de Mercado e Efetividade da Força de Vendas, apoiando alinhamento de negócios e integração de dados;
Participar ativamente no desenvolvimento e implementação de indicadores, garantindo correlação com a estratégia de negócios, rastreamento consistente, insights e análises aprofundadas;
Apoiar o controle de despesas do departamento, garantindo o correto processo de pagamento ao longo dos meses e acompanhando o alinhamento com orçamento planejado;
Apoiar o processo de premiação da força de vendas, com suporte ao sistema e as equipes de campo.
Requisitos
Ensino Superior (em andamento) nos cursos de Administração, Sistema da Informação, Economia, Estatística, Engenharias ou cursos correlatos no campo das exatas;
Mês e ano de formação após dezembro/2027, período noturno.
Conhecimentos avançados em Excel (será aplicado um teste nessa ferramenta);
Inglês avançado na leitura e escrita, podendo ser intermediário na comunicação verbal;
Boa comunicação, senso de urgência, organização e alta capacidade de análise;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente 4x por semana na Zona Sul de São Paulo.
