The role :

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Billys, you will take a vital role in shaping and evolving our frontend infrastructure for our property management dashboard. Working closely with CTO and a talented cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in creating user-friendly interfaces and ensuring seamless integration with our backend systems.

What you‘ll do:

Lead the development and enhancement of our property management platform’s frontend infrastructure using React.

Shape and refine the “face” of our product, collaborating closely with highly skilled cross-functional team members.

Collaborate with the design and backend teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.

Integrate with backend APIs and services to ensure smooth data flow.

Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain a high-quality codebase.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend-related issues and bugs.

Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and trends to continually enhance our development processes.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience).

4+ years of professional work experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.

Expertise in frontend technologies, especially React framework.

Strong grasp of state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or equivalent.

Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.

Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Advanced knowledge of Git and GitHub.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

Experience with the Scrum framework and its ceremonies.

Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Tools).

Experience with React – UI frameworks (e.g., AntD design, Material, Chakra).

Experience with ReactQuery library.

Prior work experience in property-tech or Real Estate.

Proficiency in CSS-in-JS concept and libraries like Styled Components.
