What you will do
Our Client Engagement Team at Big Fat Smile is our customer service hub ensuring families have a positive experience from initial enquiry through to the end of their enrolment.
As part of the Client Engagement Team, the Client Engagement Consultant is responsible for the effective enquiry management and prospect conversion of inbound leads generated from marketing activities and waitlist enquiries. The role ensures that consumers making enquiries about our services, as well as new clients, feel valued and that our values and purpose drive everything we do. The role ensures that our wait lists are managed effectively and customers always have the peace of mind that we are keeping them updated on their status and we care about finding them care. The role will work closely with the Centre Directors, the Client Engagement Team and with Marketing.
