Role: Multi-Skilled Operator – Biffa Teesside
Salary: £15.05 per hour / approx. £31,500 per annum (based on 40.25 hrs per week over the year)
Location: Biffa Teesside
Working Pattern:
- 4 days on / 4 days off (days)
- 4 nights on / 4 nights off (nights)
- Monday to Sunday rotation
Shift Times:
- Days: 07:00 – 19:00
- Nights: 19:00 – 07:00
- Shift allowance applies
- Immediate starts available – no previous waste management experience required

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery, including a forklift (training provided), to a safe and satisfactory standard
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to your immediate supervisor
- Strive to reduce waste and increase productivity across all lines
- Support your shift colleagues in achieving excellence in health and safety, product quality, asset performance, and employee engagement
