Patient Accommodations Coordinator - Room Reservations

PRN - Variance in schedule/as needed

Job Description:

Manage and optimize the allocation of hospital beds to ensure efficient patient flow, maximize bed utilization, and facilitate timely admissions, transfers, and discharges. Maintain real-time bed availability information, coordinating bed assignments, and communicating with various departments to streamline patient movement within the hospital.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Two years of medical office or related experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in healthcare related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in hospital services and medical insurance preferred.
