About this role
BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our operations in Piscataway, NJ. This role is ideal for a working leader who thrives on the floor, knows how to guide a team, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day M2P operations, ensuring materials, components, and assemblies are staged and delivered efficiently to support production schedules
Supervise, coach, and develop M2P technicians, setting clear expectations around safety, quality, and productivity
Actively participate in daily work as needed, supporting the team during high-volume or time-sensitive periods
Coordinate closely with Production, Service, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
Monitor inventory flow, material accuracy, and process efficiency; identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Enforce safety standards, company policies, and best practices across the department
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within manufacturing, material handling, or production support
Strong understanding of shop-floor operations, material flow, and inventory control
A true “player-coach” mindset—comfortable leading while also contributing hands-on
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment
