About the Role

We are currently looking for a full time CHPP Maintenance Support Administrator. The role is a staff position, working a Monday – Friday roster and reporting to the CHPP Maintenance Superintendent.

We are seeking a value-driven, self-starter who has a drive for serving customers, quality outcomes and is passionate about the delivery of business priorities.

In this role you will:

• Creating communication packages, updating documents and maintaining filing of key documentation for the department.

• Raise Purchase Requestions and deliver Spend Smart Control capabilities, Delivering team objectives, performance plans

and KPIs

• Print work packs for Maintenance, Production and External contractors

• Demonstrate and inspire an overriding commitment to health, safety & environment through active field leadership

• Back up support to the CHPP Administrator when required

About You

• Ability to work across multiple teams, communicate effectively to management, technical and operational people.

• Exposure/experience on contract management, work management and project management.

• Correct understanding of the BHP Operating Systems (BOS)
