Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support assurance activities and facilities administration within a major aviation precinct at Sydney Airport. Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager, this role plays an important part in maintaining accurate records, supporting assurance outcomes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.
Working closely with operational, compliance and client stakeholders, you will help coordinate documentation, systems updates and client facing processes in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
The ideal candidate is organised, approachable and detail-focused, with a calm communication style and a genuine interest in supporting safe, compliant operations.

This position is based full-time on-site at Mascot Airport, Monday to Friday during core business hours. Free on-site parking is available once security clearance is obtained.
