BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician in Stockton, CA, for a diverse, inclusive team. Earn $45–$55/hr. and customize your career with our $3,500 BGIS Kickoff Tech Program – choose a cash bonus, advanced training, or extra paid time off.

• Pay: $45–$55/hr. ($93,600–$114,400/annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
• On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
• Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure

What You’ll Do 

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, ice machines). 
• Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment changeouts. 
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping. 
• Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone. 

What You Need 

• US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident) 
• 3-6 years commercial HVAC experience 
• EPA Universal certification required
• Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn 
• Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork 
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders with 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces 
• Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required) 
• Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restriction

Note: This role is primarily remote but may require travel to client sites for training, meetings, or in-person events. Overtime and adherence to safety and compliance standards are expected.
