.ارسال التقارير اليومية المطلوبة والمستحدثة لمدير مراقبة المخزون •
.التأكد من إتمام الجرد الدورى لسيارات البيع•
.التاكد من تطبيق الشروط التخزينية لكل منتج ومراجعة السعة التخزينية للفرع •
.التسلم للورديات التى تكون بعد فتره الدوام•
.مطابقة عملية الجرد الفعلى بالبرنامج وتحديد الفروق ان وجدت وارسال عملية المطابقة يوميا لمدير ادارة مراقبة المخزون بالادارة•
متابعة المشاكل الخارجه عن نطاق امناء المخازن ..سواء مع ادارة نظم المعلومات أو ادارة المبيعات بالفرع•
طابقة ما يتم تحويله علي ساب برنامج المبيعات من المصنع للفرع ومن فرع الي اخر
.مهارات تحليل جيدة باستخدام الأنظمة والتطبيقات ذات الصلة (SAP ، MS Office) •
