This is an in-office position, five days a week. You will be hands-on, focused on minimizing end-user downtime, optimizing production uptime and improving user experience.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p>The Associate IT Support Specialist will help with the following:</p> <p>Onsite Success &amp; Hardware Ownership:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Office Tech</strong>: Installation and maintenance of office networking, conferencing equipment, AV equipment and workstations ensuring all equipment are mission-ready.</li> <li><strong>Onboarding Experiences</strong>: Ensure best-in-class tech experiences for new hires during training sessions. Including device setup, first-time logins, and equipment distribution.</li> <li><strong>IT Representative:</strong> You will be end-user facing and provide white-glove level of support with a&nbsp; responsive, communicative and professional attitude.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Inventory Management</strong>: Maintain a meticulous inventory of all tech equipment and ensure we are properly stocked with necessary devices and peripherals.</li> </ul> <p>Troubleshooting &amp; System Administration:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Endpoint Management &amp; Imaging:</strong> Assist with the deployment of software and security patches on Mac and Windows machines. Effectively deduce down-time with remote imaging tools.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Troubleshooting</strong>: Identify and resolve OS, software and hardware issues for Windows and MacOS.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Identity and Access:</strong> Manage and troubleshoot SSO issues relying on your experience with SAML and SCIM.</li> </ul> <p>Projects &amp; Automations:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Scalable Remediations:</strong> Learn to identify and resolve endpoint/networking issues at scale by using DEX platforms and scripts. You will be encouraged and mentored to properly develop scripts using bash and powershell.</li> <li><strong>Refine Processes:</strong> Help identify manual processes which can be automated using our existing platforms/toolset.</li> <li><strong>Project Development</strong>: Contribute action plans for approval. You will be encouraged to be a driver and suggest paths forward.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Documentation: </strong>Maintain the “Source of Truth” by creating/updating clear, concise knowledge base articles for both end-users and the internal IT team.</li> </ul> <p>Incidents &amp; Escalations:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Assist</strong>: Monitor escalation channels and queues to provide T1/T2 support channels.</li> <li><strong>Mentor</strong>: Share best practices and troubleshooting knowledge with T1/T2 peers.</li> <li><strong>Escalate</strong>: Identify issue trends and bugs to IT Engineering and Security teams.</li> <li><strong>IT Apprenticeship:</strong> Assist IT Engineers with investigations and incidents involving Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and AD/MDM.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience in IT support. You know how to quickly resolve issues with Windows/Mac hardware as well as networking issues.</li> <li>You have worked with some of the following, Call Center Software, SSO, MDM, Powershell, Bash, Google Workspace, Azure, OS Imaging, Windows, MacOS.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>You enjoy the challenge of solving a new problem and will take pride in understanding its cause and how to prevent it.</strong><strong>You have experimented with (or are highly motivated to learn) scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.</strong><strong>You take the time to break-down complex technical issues and will provide guidance when appropriate to reduce future issues.</strong><strong>You don’t wait for a task list; you see a messy server rack or an outdated manual and work with a sense of urgency.</strong></p> <p>#LI-AW1</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The base annual salary range is listed below.
