<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>

<li>Assist English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone</li>
<li>Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs</li>
<li>Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language</li>
<li>Manage customer accounts</li>
<li>Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming</li>

<h2><strong>Requirements:</strong></h2>

<li>Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)</li>
