Bethanna is seeking a qualified and compassionate Mobile Therapist to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team in Philadelphia. The Mobile Therapist provides therapeutic services to children, youth, and their families across home, school, and community settings. This role plays a key part in developing and revising Individual Resiliency Plans (IRPs), providing family and individual therapy, and supporting crisis stabilization efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, caregiver, and family therapy in accordance with the IRP
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and revise treatment goals
Support children/youth and families through crisis situations and behavioral challenges
Deliver therapeutic interventions across settings including home, school, and community
Maintain clinical documentation and comply with all state and agency guidelines
Eligibility
To be considered for the Mobile Therapist role, applicants must meet the following:
Master’s degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or a related behavioral health field
Completion of a clinical practicum through the graduate program
At least 1 year of experience providing direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults is PREFERRED
A minimum of 9 graduate-level credits in clinical practice (psychology, social work, or counseling)
Ability and willingness to travel to service locations (schools, homes, and community sites)
Reliable transportation
