ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a member of the SecOps team, you will join the Global Security teams, to:

  1. Lead and manage cybersecurity hardening projects.
  2. Implement technical security controls.
  3. Promote continuous improvement.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Manage cybersecurity projects and/or programs.
  • Design relevant security controls.
  • Implement technical security measures.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Work closely with other Security teams (internal fraud, awareness…) and Betclic IT functions.
  • Promote security culture from a defensive perspective.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a manager of defensive teams (SOC, Secops…).
  • You possess strong strategic and organisational vision, with the great ability to work as a transversal team.
  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • You are able to prioritise tasks and structure your work with a rigorous approach.
  • You are highly proactive and able to adapt yourself to tech and business context.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Maxime will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director. Finally, Maxime will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
