As a Business Intelligence Analyst on the Data and Analytics team, you will work closely with a group of analytics professionals and both technology and business stakeholders at Best Buy, to create personalized, meaningful, and respectful relationships with our customers at each stage of their shopping journey.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you'll do as a Business Intelligence Analyst II:
Build executive and operational dashboards that help the enterprise track performance, get insights and find new opportunities to serve our customers better
Drive ad-hoc investigations and analyses to address business questions, evaluate new business opportunities, process improvements, and operational changes
Support cloud migration of data and reports to Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Powerbi.com
Partner with your peers and the business stakeholders to find creative solutions.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience in data analytics, including business intelligence development and descriptive analysis.
Proficiency with:
SQL and database management (e.g., creating efficient views).
DAX, maintaining and building efficient and impactful Power BI dashboards
Visualization and Data Modeling Design and Tools.
Cloud services like Microsoft ADLS and Synapse, and knowledge of Snowflake
