  • Assist in building business cases and analytical frameworks for growth initiatives, such as advisor hiring, market expansion, or product offerings.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support senior management, relationship managers, and business leaders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with client relationship managers (Client Advisors) and business development officers (Wealth Advisors), senior leadership and the broader Finance organization to ensure consistent data, definitions, and reporting.
  • Support preparation of materials for management meetings, leadership reviews, and board-level reporting.
  • Help improve processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency related to net new business tracking and analytics.

Data & Process Improvement

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of net new business data across systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, enhance analytical tools, and streamline workflows.
  • Contribute to documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, with concentrations in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience in financial planning and analysis, fee analysis, and/or assets & flows analysis at a financial institution, private equity/venture capital firm, private bank or family office.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software is preferred (e.g., Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including extensive experience with financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and VBA.
  • Experience developing or modifying PL/SQL queries preferred
  • Experience with 5-year financial planning or long-term financial forecasting is a plus.
  • Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, key initiatives and deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in wealth management, private banking, client growth, and business strategy.
