  • Liaise with IT specialists and the Events team, coordinating specific tool functionality and integrations.
  • Improve internal processes, timelines, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Support team development by sharing best practices

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a highly collaborative approach to event planning, supported by a strong understanding of the business, key stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring events are strategically aligned and thoughtfully executed.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee complex, high-visibility events, leading end-to-end planning and on-site execution with a high standard of quality and precision.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with experience providing insights, metrics, and post-event reporting to inform planning and optimize future programs.
  • Working knowledge of event technology platforms and tools, with experience partnering with IT teams on system functionality, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Highly enthusiastic, energetic, and service-oriented professional with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Exhibits exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and consistent follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, influence, and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
