Functieomschrijving
- Je staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding van jouw werf.
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en de uitvoering van de werken door het constructief aansturen van ploegbazen, arbeiders en onderaannemers.
- Je overkoepelt het volledige bouwdossier van de werf en beheert het jou toevertrouwde materieel met zorg.
- Je onderhoudt contacten met de bouwheer, het studiebureau en andere betrokken partijen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met het standaardbestek 250.
Functie-eisen
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de wegenbouw of aanverwante sector.
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma bouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Je bent flexibel, sociaal vaardig en hebt een goed organisatorisch vermogen.
- Je bent sterk in communiceren en het motiveren van mensen.
- Je hebt een goede technische achtergrond en kan vlot overweg met PC : MS office, Ms project (is een pluspunt)
